One of my favourite songs from the Moping Swans offshoot album. What I like about Moping Swans is the sound of a real band playing togethers, something that is lacking from some Solo Pollard Projects. I love the choppy guitar and the bass and the tempo changes. Great rock song. Makes you wanna do that 70s Woodstock head shake type dance.

I have great memories of recording this track....Indeed, it is great when Bob works with a band....The Swans remain ready for duty....Maybe a song or two at Heedfest....Shame Me No Further is definitely Bob's harder rock side, which I always enjoy....He's at his best with a crack band....Jim MacPherson is one of the great rock drummers....The song remains true to Bob's original demo in terms of structure and tempo....I added all the lead lines and big guitars....A true joy....Love what you're doing, which is writing a book in real time....
